Positive: This has been our favourite place on our trip. Monica is a wonderful, friendly host who really went out of her way for us. The food was incredible, as was the view from the room. I would love to come back for longer next time.

Positive: Exceptional location & view, truly breathtaking. Lovely panoramic terrace. Surprisingly good water pressure in shower. The weather was v hot but the AC unit kept the room pleasantly cool. Owner/manager very kind kind and welcoming
Negative: The bed was very rudimentary, not comfortable, pillows flat like bath mats. The room was awkwardly small, we had to move the rocking chair out outside to be able to open our suitcases in a way that wouldn't cause us to trip or injure ourselves. There was another useless and awkward piece of furniture taking up space and a giant closet obviously too big for the room and unnecessary for a short stay. Unfortunately no dinner service available (lack of personnel) though the owner kindly prepared a copious aperitivo with whatever he could find on short notice. This place is hard to reach, crazy steep mountain driving with switchback roads and one thinks twice about just driving down to closest town for dinner at night. We didn't want to and so ended up eating v lightly with whatever was provided in the aperitivo! Breakfast selection adequate although some fresh bread, non-processed cheeses and more unprocessed/packaged food items would have been a nice addition. Also, a bit of an issue with mosquitoes, though room screened in so more or less ok indoors
